Prices

$0.00 - Small Non-Closure Event

Event does not require the closure, reservation of carts, or exclusivity of any portion of the RHGC facilities for the duration of the event. These events are reserved for small tournaments or outings that will not impact the pace of play and regular business activity of RHGC. More than 36 players require course closure.

$500 - Half Day Course Closure (4 Hours)

Event requires the course be closed for the exclusivity of event participants. RHGC closure gives the Sponsoring Organization full use of the golf course and reservation of carts. Perfect for midsized events that will not take all day. RHGC will resume regular business activity promptly after reserved time concludes.

$1000 - Full Day Course Closure (Over 4 Hours)

Event requires the course be closed for the exclusivity of event participants. RHGC closure gives the Sponsoring Organization full use of the golf course and reservation of carts. Reserved for larger events that require full days use of RHGC.

 

Event Guidelines

  • Tournament/Event requests must be returned fully complete to RHGC. All requests will require approval by the Board of Directors.

  • A reduced $10 greens fee will be accessed for each nonmember. Current RHGC cart rental and driving range fees shall apply for all players.

  • No outside alcohol will be allowed. All alcohol must be purchased through RHGC.

  • RHGC gift cards must be utilized for purchases for bar and pro shop items. Pro shop inventory items are sold at list price, there will be an additional 20% charge for online items purchased.

  • 30% event discount available for local nonprofit sponsored events (Nonprofit documentation required).

  • All sponsoring organizations are fully responsible for the conduct of event players. Players not following RHGC Rules of Conduct will be asked to leave without reimbursement of fees.
